A. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and Woriso Tihuze ("we," "us," or "our"), a mobile dog grooming service operating in Cincinnati, Ohio. By accessing this website at woriso-tihuze.info, scheduling a grooming appointment, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this website or schedule services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the service.

B. Services Described
Woriso Tihuze provides mobile dog grooming services in which a fully equipped grooming van travels to the client's specified address in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Services are performed inside the van and may include bathing, drying, coat trimming, nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and various finishing treatments depending on the package selected.
The information on this website describes our services for informational purposes only. Service availability may vary based on scheduling, geographic location, and the specific needs of your dog. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

C. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments may be booked through the online booking system accessible on this website, by email at [email protected], or by phone at +1 513-651-5500. A booking is considered confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us.
When booking, you are responsible for providing accurate information including your address, your dog's breed and approximate weight, any known health conditions or behavioral sensitivities, and any special grooming instructions. Inaccurate information may affect the service we can provide and may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
We schedule appointments based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time, but availability is not guaranteed. Confirmation of your appointment slot does not constitute a guarantee that the appointment will occur if circumstances outside our control arise.
D. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by phone or email. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments. We reserve the right to decline bookings from clients with a pattern of late cancellations.
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to vehicle issues, illness, or other circumstances, we will contact you as early as possible and work to find an alternative time.
E. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for ensuring that the grooming environment is suitable. This includes providing adequate parking space for the van at or near your address, ensuring that someone is available to hand over and receive your dog at the agreed time, and ensuring your dog does not pose a known danger to the groomer.
You confirm that your dog is in sufficiently good health to undergo grooming. You agree to disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, biting history, or prior grooming injuries to us before or at the time of booking. Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our ability to safely groom your dog and may release us from liability for resulting issues.
You acknowledge that grooming involves handling and restraint of animals, and that all reasonable measures to keep your dog comfortable and safe will be taken. However, animals can behave unpredictably, and you accept that some level of inherent risk exists in grooming services.
F. Payment
Payment for grooming services is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Pricing is based on the size and coat condition of your dog and the package selected, as described on the Pricing page of this website.
Prices listed on the website are indicative and subject to change. The confirmed price for your appointment will be communicated before the service begins. Additional charges may apply if the coat is significantly matted, if the appointment runs substantially longer than expected due to undisclosed conditions, or if add-on services are requested at the time of service.
G. Animal Health and Safety
The health and wellbeing of your dog is a priority during every session. Our groomer is experienced and trained in handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments. However, grooming is not a veterinary service, and our groomer is not a licensed veterinarian.
If during the course of grooming we observe anything of concern - skin conditions, lumps, ear issues, or other anomalies - we will note and communicate this to you at the time of handoff. This is informational only and should not replace professional veterinary evaluation.
We reserve the right to stop a grooming session if continuing would, in the groomer's professional judgment, pose a risk to your dog's welfare or to the groomer's safety. In such cases, a partial charge may apply for the work completed. We will explain the reason and discuss next steps with you.
Dogs that exhibit extreme aggression may not be eligible for mobile grooming services. We will communicate this assessment transparently and respectfully.
H. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woriso Tihuze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from the grooming services provided.
Our liability for any claim related to a grooming service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The information on this website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
